Thank You Aasne Daniels of ahh yoga for stopping by to spend an hour teaching us and reminding us how very important it is to stretch and stay flexible in BJJ. You are a Blessing to the students and we really enjoyed the class! If you missed the class please feel free to join Aasne at her studio here in Springfield. She generously gave us some passes for our Gracie Barra students to try a free class! Just ask any Instructor or Profesor at GBS to get yours!

Just kidding!

When the doors open on Mondays at 5 PM little voices in pristine Blue and White Gracie Barra gis filter in! They have an enthusiasm that is contagious! Unless of course they fell asleep in the car on the way to class! Its a soft smile and sweet embrace that follows the ” afternoon car sleepers” as they stroll onto the mat.

It is a priveledge to teach these Future Champions and two days a week we are reminded of the Blessing before us. Thank You to so many of our families who trust us with your chldren two days a week. Please know tht even when they are not with us in class that we fervently pray for them, your family life and their future. Being new parents ourselves brings light to all the challenges families face in this world. Just staying together and loving one another can be difficult when worldly distractions and daily life burdens us.

God offers comfort in His word the Bible that promises us in Phillipians 4:13 that we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us! Its so good to know we are not alone in raising up a generation of kids that can gain confidence in a strong and loving God.

We love you all very much and just want to encourage you in your families this summer and give you something to think about today. May God’s strength consume your family and Joy be a centerpiece in your home.
