The Black stripe was awarded to Steven Stott on Monday for near perfect attendance in class for six months straight! It also exemplifies that the student shows great respect and extraordinary sportsmanship in class. The last but also extremely important detail is that the student is required to be a loving and kind son or daughter to his or her parents at home. Congratulations Steven, we are very proud of you!

6:30-7:30 PM

How about it GB girls? We are having a great time but wish you were here..come join us and learn some great ways to protect yourself, get fit and take time out with the girls! All classes are taught by woman and we have the whole academy to ourselves. Most of us are beginners, so dont worry about where to begin and the Instructors are really helpful and friendly. Just come on in and give it a try! Your first three classes are free and we even have a Gi for you to borrow!

Thanks to all who came out to see some pretty good fights at The Capitol City Cage Wars. Although Lisa’s match was a no show, it was great to see her on stage ready to fight and wave to her GB Fans! Thank  You GBS Students for coming out to Abes Corn Maze! It was a bit chilly but rolling on the mats did keep us warm! Check out the great pictures in the warm sunlight that was out just in time for the demonstration and to enjoy most of the afternoon! If you haven’t been out to see the corn maze and various events, you don’t want to miss it! There is still more to come with fireworks and another meet and greet day on October 31st!
