Gracie Barra Springfield

Hello Gracie Barra students…you are welcome to participate in this Fridays demonstration at SIU School of Medicine at 12:00 sharp. Please call or email Jamie to confirm so we can plan on meeting you there and setting up. Please wear your Gracie Barra gi and rash guard. Hope to see you there!

We have Brazilian Ju Jitsu on the schedule for 8/28 12:15-1:00 in the Dirksen Conference Room – 4th Floor of the 801 N. Rutledge Building.  Here is a link to our campus maps.  Professor Marcos  and students can park near the flagpole on the north side of the building and come in by security.  I will meet all of you there.  Call me at 545-1995 (w) or 414-0620 (c) if you have any questions.
